BEHIND THE DOOR

Lights.

Sounds.

Should I

turn the knob.

and open the door?

Others have done it.

They’ve returned safe.

Should I?

I could enter my dreams.

My fantasies.

The door beckons.

The noises become louder.

Is that blood creeping out?

It must be a trick.

The Dead love their games.

THE DEAD GAME

DARKNESS IS YOUR ONLY FRIEND

DARKNESS IS YOUR ONLY FRIEND

A room full of books.
You can feel them with your fingertips.
But you can’t see a single word.
Your senses are sensitized.
Every single noise is amplified.
But you can’t see light.
Or colors.
You are blind.
In a world full of color.
Your fingertips lead you.
Your senses guide you.
Darkness is your only friend.

FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS

darkmorbid:

FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS

A house standing

in the middle of the woods.

Where did it come from?

It’s flat,

one dimensional.

I can see the trees

through the front door.

How unusual.

What will happen

if I walk through the door?

Will there be more dimensions?

Will I be entering a new world?

My imagination is much too active.

I’m always imagining weird things.

This time,

I will follow through with my daydream.

I will walk through this door.

I will find out what is on the other side.

Here goes.

Now I’m standing in darkness.

Where are the trees?

The sunlight?

I hear creaky noises.

They’re coming closer.

Oh no.

To be continued tomorrow.

NIGHT WALK

plasmatics-life:

Night Walk – {by Tiina Törmänen} | {Official WebSite}

A walk alone in the dark.

Feel the cold.

Smell the trees.

Hear the snow falling.

Watch the stars sparkle.

Engage all your senses.

No interference.

No voices.

No noises.

Only clean, fresh air.

And you.

TO BE ALONE

At times we want to be alone.

We search for dark corners to hide.

A place to escape from others.

To escape from our problems.

To escape from mindless chatter.

But then you might find yourself

all alone on a beach.

With seagulls as your only company.

Birds squawking at you for

invading their territory.

Man doesn’t belong alone.
