A dead game played in hell.
Wait for the warning bell.
Once the windows & doors lock,
no need to feign any shock.
You are mine for the night
until the morning light.
PREY FOR THE DEAD
We found the exit from the house.
We’ll sneak as quiet as a mouse.
The owner must not know we’re gone.
He’ll chase us to death and beyond.
We’ll crawl by the rocks to the sea
and make our way back in time for tea.
End House won’t hold us anymore.
We’ve seen enough horror and gore.
THE DEAD GAME
Who controls our tiny town?
I stand here in my ball gown,
gazing at the masked guests,
wondering who gives the tests.
The one who runs the evil game
and brought to our town deadly fame.
THE DEAD GAME
Hell has arrived.
Burning in its chair.
Impatient for victims.
Restless to the bone.
Burning bright.
Glowing embers.
Filling the dark.
Red and yellow sparks.
Sizzling.
Hot.
THE DEAD GAME
Take me to the church.
The town’s on fire.
Hell has lost its demons.
Take me to the church.
The sky has grown dark.
The Dead descend on the town.
Take me to the church.
I refuse to follow The Dead.
We must run for shelter.
Take me to the church.
It stands no more.
Gone in a puff of smoke.

“There she stood in the doorway;
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself
‘This could be heaven or this could be Hell’
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way”
THE DEAD GAME

The night caters to our whims.
It follows our deadly sins.
Our darkest nightmares come alive.
We’ll do anything to survive.
Monsters stalk us in our sleep.
Creatures rising from the deep.
It creaks open the bedroom door.
I see it move across the floor.
My head turns to accept my doom.
I am one of them all too soon.
I walk alone at night
when the moon is full height.
The sky black as tar,
but I won’t walk far.
I search for the shadow
on a road so narrow.
I want to see who he’s become;
The Dead leader, the evil one.
