The sun sets.
The animals prepare for the night.
The old elephant stands in his place.
He doesn’t need to move.
He has everything he needs.
He keeps a watchful eye
As he stands in his place.
The sun sets.
The animals prepare for the night.
The old elephant stands in his place.
He doesn’t need to move.
He has everything he needs.
He keeps a watchful eye
As he stands in his place.
Concisely powerful.

Elephants are of deep meaning to me, deep meaning to our planet for those who realize the importance of all that lives. Lovely post. ❤

I love elephants. It kills me to hear what happens to them.

Susanne, I love elephants, all great apes, wild cats, every single living wild life being and more. I’m surrounded by much of them in my home (pictures, statues). What our one species is doing to the countless other species of our world is unacceptable and against my very soul. 😦 I feel the hearts of every living being, as well as their pain and fears, it’s a very difficult and challenging reality for me to accept, which I don’t, I live in constant conflict with what our kind is doing to them.

So do I. The abused animals. People should be in those cages.
