REVIEW ON THE EXAMINER BY RHONDA CRATTY
We know we can rouse our children’s interests in reading with intriguing age-appropriate mystery books. Reading mysteries makes your child’s imagination run wild. In place of having all the characters and facts presented to them, mystery books allow children to imagine what the characters look like – to imagine places and events, and put together pieces of the puzzle as the mystery unfolds in detail. While your little one is reading their books,-you deserve a book full of suspense, lots of twists and turns that have you practically bouncing on the couch.

The Dead Game by Susanne Leist might be just the mystery book for parents.

The Dead Game by Susanne Leist is a mysterious supernatural thriller with plenty of twists and turns that is well-written and keeps you turning the page. From the first page you start a wild ride and just when you think all is well, she throws in another twist.

The story begins as Linda moves to a small town to open a bookstore and makes new friends. She finds the town of Oasis is filled with picturesque streets, and sunny white-sand beaches. Life in Oasis is a paradise- until the dead body washes up on shore.

Linda learns that dead bodies and disappearing tourists are common for this town. As soon as the sun sets, the residents are stalked by dark shadows. Is it ghosts, werewolves, vampires or some crazy murderer playing some terrible games? Linda, her friends and shop owners decide to take it upon themselves to find out what is happening in their town and that’s when the scary stuff starts to happen.

Invited to the “End House” for a party, Linda and her friends are pursued through revolving rooms, terrifying illusions and dangerous traps. Escaping with their lives comes with a price as two of their friends remain trapped in the house.

THE DEAD GAME has begun as they start their unnatural journey, will there be an end to this game? Or is this just the beginning? THE DEAD GAME http://amzn.to/1lKvMrP
